失望到极致，说什么闪住不管住不住都要扣款而且不能取消订单，两天时间酒店一声不吭，说整晚保留房间，也没有提醒入住什么的，取消订单也没有这个选项，打电话过去前台说这个不是他们的责任，住不住都是我的事，人都没住进去，白扣了几百块钱，也没个解释，也没有补偿，真的，别住了。
