卫生干净简洁，房间没有烟味，床品和洁具干净整洁，早餐因为当地特色偏油腻，整体不错，可步行走遍县城核心地带，推荐桥儿沟历史街区，可以看到这座小山城过去的风貌，夜景不错。

整体非常满意，山区县城能有如此条件的客房不容易，卫生条件好，设施新，智能化程度高，房间内有高清投影和写字桌，卫生间淋浴、马桶、洗脸台盆各自独立分离，互不影响，这个非常实用。
唯一缺点：由于山区县城地貌条件限制，停车场略有不便，车辆无法直接在入口处下客。

来了好多次，酒店环境不错，是白河县城最好的酒店，房间很干净，而且床睡了很舒服，浴袍很软，和五星级酒店一样。
