办入住花了半个小时，第一个房间门锁是坏的，里外都能开门，等服务员5分钟没来，换个房间，电子锁开了还是打不开，等服务员若干分钟告诉我这门把手使劲使劲压才能打开，本人是无法打开，换第三个房间，电子锁都打不开，换了第四个房间终于可以入住了，这是四星级酒店吗？服务人员换免费日常用品每次都落给几样，无语中！
