早餐时间七点到九点，我们起的晚了，八点半去的。有胡辣汤，小米粥，八宝粥，玉米糁，豆浆，果汁，主食馒头，豆沙包，炒米，卤鸡蛋，有五六个炒菜，还有几个小咸菜和水果，还可以。性价比高，自驾游去分水苑和青年洞比较方便，我是坐班车去的 ，不太方便。坐任村或东岗的班车可以到分水苑和纪念馆，从分水苑到络丝潭和青年洞需要坐到任村的班车，而且有的班车能到有的到不了。是有时间点的，从青年洞返回林州市区，我知道的啥下午2.30和4.30，从青年洞那边售票处路边发车，10元一位。

房间很干净，我们住的商务套间，两张床很大，我和爸妈宝宝四人祝的很舒服，浴室有个大浴缸，泡泡很舒服，酒店服务品质很好，服务员笑容甜美，早餐还可以总之，很满意，物超所值！
