以前住过此店，印象较好。此次住两晚，感觉更好。从停车场开始到入住，用餐，离店，都有很好的感觉。服务人员较为专业，有过较好的训练，从服务态度到服务质量，都表现出自然，让人舒适，不勉强。酒店的设施与价格匹配，尽管假日可能贵些，但是物有所值。要说点改进的话，在西餐厅自助，如何帮助住店客人的孩子适当安静用餐而不影响其他客人，这是五星级酒店必须要努力提升的空间。环境安静是五星级酒店必备的要素。

服务是亮点 也很人性化 要多一份洗浴用品和枕头马上就送上来 还有睡前牛奶 冷热都行 住客可以免费停车 楼下装修也提前告知 其实这样很好 大多数人是可以理解的 总之是一次不错的住宿经历
