淡季来北戴河看海景、吃海鲜是件很惬意的事情。天津工人疗养院很大，分东院和西院，其中很多栋二、三层的小楼都外包出去了，我们住的4号楼就是，环境还不错，每个房间都有个大露台，喝茶、休闲……，但室内设施陈旧，太阳能热水挺热

标准的国营酒店。房间很大，比较干净，大阳台很爽可以打牌喝茶。淡季价格很好。没有早餐，但步行十分钟可以找到当地居民区，三餐又好吃又便宜
