服务态度差，主要是携程本身有问题，我在家通过携程网订酒店，为什么还会有中间商呢？就既便有中间商，为什么又不告诉酒店呢？所以携程与酒店的勾通有问题，其次，有被携程欺骗的感觉。

非常差的酒店，卫生间没有干湿分离，电视机是坏的，卫生间地漏都是头发，最可气的是提前订的到这告我没房，我投诉了才给的房
