宾馆在小区里面，比较安静。位置不错，距离师大，北邮都近，公交站也近。不过就是大床空间有点小！性价比还可以吧

这是一家靠北师大和北邮两所大学名气资源揽客的小旅馆，五一节去学校看孩子为了近点选择入住四晚，248元／天住宿费，孩子晚上留宿不加床还要另加收30元，前台盯的老紧了，没有宾至如归的感觉一副爱住不住的态度。房间狭小设施也陈旧墙壁上管道外漏，隔音不好卫生状况一般。布草和一次性用品质量差，卫生间换气扇也不能用房间味道太大，服务也很不到位，总之简陋的没有另人满意的地方。不会再选择入住这个旅店了。
