地点很难找。
前台服务人员的服务意识较差。无法说清房间窗口的朝向；
楼层服务员将捡到的本人的某公司会员卡，交给前台后，前台服务人员将
此会员卡当做垃圾处理掉了，也不通知顾客的。
本人电话查询后，得知会员卡被处理了。
第一次碰到这种将顾客的遗留物当做垃圾处理芳容事，好郁闷。
