定的特价房真的超值，有窗户，就是房间形状不太规整，不过可以接受。这么好的地段，出行很方便，在这儿住酒店可免费停车，完美。

在网上订的特惠房，到酒店前台一男性工作人员说：特惠房楼层差，灯光昏暗、设施成旧，房间潮湿等等一通的说，总之这特惠房不好，让升级房型补差价一百多，说特惠房都是这样的。总之意思就是让升级房型，退订不可以，与艺龙客服沟通也解决不了问题，艺龙让我凑合住一晚。从未遇到这么霸道不讲理的，且前台接待人员胡姓男子态度恶劣，真是够了，难道这就是店大欺客的现实版吗？
