艺龙599元订的包双早，网上写的大床1.8米或双床1.2米，到酒店要求大床房，前台说没有，只可以住双床，退款也不让退，打3个电话给艺龙，升级到客服专员，直接告诉你听酒店的，回头再上艺龙一看有450元的大床房，我跟他们说我住450元的房型，前台告诉我换不了，你的房新装修，听他的鬼话上楼，房间1.1米双床，吊顶破的，地毯一块一块的黑，申请换房不让，最后还是我说网上1.2米床，你拿尺来量，如果1.2米我住，不是退钱，前台马上叫服务员上来换房，换了三次还是双床，勉强住下，后来我去看了450元房和我599元一模一样，只是楼层低点，难怪不让退款，骗一个是一个，完全是四星招待所，以后艺龙不让退款的酒店千万别订，都什么鬼，早餐更离谱的差，就不描述了，从不差评，如果让我知道艺龙客服专员员工号，天天投诉
