因为第二天早上去北京西站坐高铁，想了第二天早上早高峰不好打车，就来这里住了一晚。哈哈，给安排了塔景房，什么塔？很多年前的中央电视塔，多年前还进去观光过。早餐额外付了60，还是挺丰富的，只是逢开会，来的人特别多，一下人满为患，因为疫情，没多停留，吃完早餐赶紧走。

首先酒店行李部主动帮忙拎行李，测体温，很棒！其次前台服务员很靓丽，服务很热情，中间换过一次房，酒店大堂经理热情带看房间，介绍，满意！酒店早餐很丰盛！主要从几点开始说起：1、交通，非常便捷，离地铁步行一分钟都用不了，离北京西客站步行十分钟。2、酒店大堂有商场，有韩国烤肉，二楼有炒菜，吃的方面可以足不出户吃到美食，方便的很。3、去故宫，去天坛，去景山公园，去世界公园，特别方便，去天安门吃老北京的特色：炸酱面，大碗茶，烤鸭，打车二十分钟左右，对了，去西单逛街起步价差不多就到了，别提有多方便了。4、酒店客房打扫的很干净，客房大姐服务也很到位，因为我嗓子不太舒服，需要喝点盐水，大姐给我拿了盐，很是周到。5、走的时候房间忘了一个化妆包，前台好忙联系我，大堂经理送到我的手里，还给了一瓶矿泉水，和防护安全包，说路上用得到，真心被打动了。来北京我推荐这家酒店！

酒店服务较为温馨，除了便宜于同等酒店的早餐品种相对偏少，其他都不错，去机场前大堂经理小孟还送了几个一次性口罩
