酒店不错，设施新，房间大，床也大，卫生也不错，热水烫压力很大，早餐也比较丰富。停车场也足够。但是作为五星级酒店，服务是不是也应该向五星级靠近？没有门童，没有停车管理。。。

第一个反应：是不是又遇到假的喜来登啦，从大方开车过来导航显示毕节高速有3个出口，电话求助酒店，问你有手机吗？你可以用手机导航、晕倒、没有手机怎么打酒店求助电话，告诉她就是手机导航的，然后酒店接电话妹妹回复的是：我也不知道，到酒店停车场停车没有人指挥，拖了一大堆行李也没有行李员过来帮忙，前台妹妹更是不冷不热的，淋浴间门关不严，洗澡水流得到处都是，还有就是脏兮兮的，装修弄的玻璃胶到现在都没清理干净，淋浴头到处漏水，洗澡水也是冷时热的，综上所述，严重怀疑是不是真的喜来登，如果不是预付的订单，直接就走人了，
