酒店很新，设施齐全，服务人员态度很好，最感动的是早上退房赶时间，还要寄快递出去，前台服务员都热心帮忙，尤其是前台小哥汤世强让我见识了什么是专业，敬业，急客户所急，克服种种困难，终于让快递及时到达，我想一个酒店有这些专业素质的人才，不可能不成功，我会推荐贵酒店给我朋友们住，当然，下次我也会再来

酒店位于赣州市中心，地理位置优越，挨着第五大道，离万象城和中央公园也非常近，如果自驾的话有地下停车场很方便，酒店很新，硬件设施非常棒，五星级，房间挺大，卫生间很大干湿分离，有浴缸，洗澡水很大很舒服，床品也很舒服，就是因为新开的原因还没有餐厅，如需早餐有送餐服务，之前有8.8元一份的活动，我入住时已经恢复原价58元。
不足：这样级别的酒店，服务人员不足，而且可能是刚开的原因，房间的卫生，例如吧台上方的玻璃装饰没有搽，有灰尘。还有拖鞋也没有放置，入住后打电话要。

非常好的一家酒店 基本属于赣州最好的吧 服务态度非常好 特别是有一个前台的小姐姐 耿江慧小姐姐 笑容非常好嘻嘻嘻 有一点点我觉得一般啦 就是外卖不能送上去 不过也能理解 为了保护客人的隐私 期待下次再次入住?谢谢??
