开个报销发票都能把识别号填错，寄过去重开，都寄到一两天了，如果不是我微信提醒，都还不会重开寄回来，都年底结算了，这点意识都没有，这服务服务态度，极度拉低印象，下次应该不会再住这酒店了

原来应该是按高档酒店修的，不过现在感觉就是经济酒店的水平。在长沙县这么高的价格，不提供免费洗漱用品，早餐及其简单。房间连床头开关都没有。关键宾馆大楼完全开放，任何人都可以随便进入，这有点匪夷所思。

酒店还挺大，可能就是酒店开业时间有点久，感觉有些陈旧，房间还比较舒服，周边商场也比较多，很方便，出行也很方便，交通便利，出门就有车，做为出行住一晚还是可以的

这个酒店太老了，电梯距离前台很远，也没有指示牌，不好找，房间灯也坏了一半，而且没有空调热风，洗澡水下水堵的厉害，洗澡卫生间涨水。早餐很差，食物不新鲜，下次再也不会去住。
