酒店硬件还行 温泉池很多 温泉内服务不错 但大堂与温泉中心的前台都很冷漠 除了收费以外的事情都漠不关心 遇到问题咨询与求助都爱理不理 或是只顾撇清关系。温泉内浴巾更换处也不见浴巾 更衣室相对混乱 拖鞋也是脏脏的 很难感觉是五星酒店
