酒店位置很不错，交通很便利，附近就有商场，每天的早餐都很丰富，味道很好，服务态度挺好的，设施卫生都不错，很值得推荐哦

已经不止一次去住泉昇，因此前台升级了房间，前台服务员两位工作人员比较有礼貌，赶在劳动节最后一天入住，本想开车回郴州，高速最后一天收费，由于下雨，想到还是入住以前熟悉，并且服务态度好的泉昇酒店，早餐也还可以，酒店有再回收利用拖鞋。其他设施设备都齐全，符合星级酒店。给客人宾至如归的感觉是很好的，其次酒店还有充卡一万，升级的活动，我也感觉不错，下次还会去住，服务，态度，在于对客人的换位思考，泉昇酒店还是符合星际标准。

酒店也就那样。前台晚上报价和白天报价都不一样。 个人觉得这样的房间配这样的价格（290）也就够了。原价太不值了。个人想法。勿喷

很不好的一次入住体验。1. 酒店装修还可以，但设计太不人性化，写字桌上没有台灯也没有顶灯，桌边一个电源插座也没有。跟酒店要了一个拉线插座才能充电。2. 楼下的会议室一直搞活动到晚上11:30才结束，不是一般的吵，跟前台反应了几次，都说活动快结束了，还说不止你一人反映。3. 房间要装无线路由器才有WIFI，但电脑一直上不了网。 以上的问题，在经济性酒店都不可能出现，不推荐入住。

基本上能算4星 ，性价比还不错，服务员素质还不错，特别表扬13楼的卫生阿姨，位置处于长沙老城区，停车不是很方便。
