酒店连着吾悦广场，进入大厅，服务员热情的接待了我们，帮我们升级了房间，电梯刷卡进入很安全，晚上我们宝宝发热，前厅小陈送来温度计，还告诉我们医院在哪，态度非常好！退房后，东西落在酒店 主动打电话来告知我们，服务很好！

溧阳泡完温泉准备返程，年初一到的，前台很热情的升级了房间，并介绍了停车早餐等事项，感觉还不错！但是第二天的早餐太差了，九点到餐厅已经没有什么剩余了，可以看出明显准备不足，抱怨了一下，却还被煎蛋的师傅怼了，说自己只是来帮忙的，最后这位师傅还很牛的甩手而去，对旁边同事说来不及就让他们慢慢等，没有就不吃！跑到后厨发泄去了！很不理解，这样的员工怎么能从事酒店行业的！这样插曲岂不是让酒店所有努力都白费吗？另外早餐的供应量不是应该和入住率匹配的吗？明显管理层没有关注到这个问题，专业度不够，整体入住体验一般！四星给的是硬件。
