我是首次入住这家酒店，酒店外观比较独特，就在西太湖风景区，隔着房间能一眼看到整个西太湖，对于我这种喜欢水的人来说非常不错，周边环境很好，有很多树木和草坪，空气很新鲜，晚上在湖边散散步很好。刚下车酒店保安就会及时帮忙拿行礼，非常有礼貌。前台服务很好，本来订的是豪华河景房，说是由于这种房型已满帮我免费升级了，在这里点个赞。房间整体感觉很干净，装修也很现代化。电视是很大的液晶电视，性价比很高。最好的是有个小阳台，下午没事的时候可以在那里看看书，喝喝茶，小憩下，非常不错。客房服务也很好，晚上由于忙没吃晚饭，打电话到餐厅，服务员很耐心的介绍了他们酒店的产品并及时送餐到房间，这点确实让我感觉很温馨。早上的时候由于要起早赶飞机，前台也会细心的打电话给我提醒，早餐最好的是有现烧的面食提供，还有很多其他的品种，感觉食材很新鲜。就是总体来说这次入住体验很不错，是一家值得去的酒店。

酒店在西太湖，周围什么也没有。设施还算新。卫生很差，枕头上看到好几根长头发，大概是之前客人的。早餐更是一绝，居然是定食，一人一份的。。从未见过星级酒店是这样的早饭。
