酒店地处市中心，闹中取静，交通便利，离南大街商业步行街，双桂坊小吃一条街只有几步之遥，步行5—8分钟，离天宁寺和红梅公园也非常的近。1号楼虽然年代较久，但也干净整洁。早餐品种也比较丰富，还有免费停车，总之，绝对得起这个价格。

房间设施老，比如说电视是球面的老式电视，电话是摆设，房子年代久远，房间李里一股霉味，除了卫生还可以，其他没什么好的，而且还贵，下次不会去这个宾馆了

房间十分高大上，不愧是三星级，设施很完善，离市中心很近，就是前台很远，而且一号楼没啥人，冷清清的，一进楼就阴冷冷的，房间也很冷，有点瘆人
