酒店离常州站南广场步行十分钟，对于我喜欢出站走走就能入住的我来说很适合，房间干净，住客不多，所以安静，双层窗户，所以没有明显的火车站噪音，服务很好，早餐阿姨根据我的要求，还开小灶特意下了汤面端来，特别是客服顾问芳芳小姐，对小女很照顾，总之入住很愉快，很感谢。另外：淋浴房的洗浴产品很用心，没用完的还带走了。🙂

满满的惊喜，清雅脱俗，这个酒店太棒了👏👏🌟🌟服务一流，环境一流，尤其前台的帅哥吕仁亮and姚军堪称为亲和力服务的排头兵，以后常州出差就认定这一家酒店了，让五星级酒店淘汰吧！嘻嘻😁

尽管由于是深夜到达、给入住增加了不少麻烦、但无论是前一天的刘冬梅于滨还是后一天白天前台的两位小伙包括7楼8楼的保洁阿姨都能非常耐心地帮忙解决和回答各种小问题。感谢。很人性化有文化风格的酒店。
