先说明，保洁阿姨是很好的，给我们的房间应该是前台根本没告知需要打扫，直接就安排我们入住了。酒店很新，位子也不错，驾车10分钟就能到万达广场，20分钟之内就能到恐龙城等乐园。但是卫生太差劲了，进门到处是碎渣子，还有饼干跟瓜子的壳，马桶跟淋浴间从第一天堵到第三天，洗个澡积水淹过脚，每天都得找保安疏通，真是倒胃口。除了保洁的大姐还很不错，前台的服务员，价格每次问都不一样，定金单子上写的房价：120，艺龙收154，他一会儿160，一会儿说网上订的还贵一些，回答问题基本都是反问回客人；刚进门跟他说了让再打扫一遍，直到晚上十点回来还没打扫，晚上接班的前台也非要我们回房看了再给我们安排打扫。看在便宜的份上没有退房，自己打扫打扫干净，继续住，离店的时候被告知发票是电子发票，我们扫码之后，出现“发票已开具成功，请找商家索要发票”，前台睁着眼睛说瞎话，继续说“我们这里没有的，会发到你的电子邮箱”，结果根本没有。本来新酒店，稍微用点心就可以做得很好的，价格确实便宜得不行，但是这样也太说不过去了，失望。
