进门就闻到一股霉味，其他条件还不错。
前台服务太慢，我排队的前面就一个人办理入住，足足等了半个多小时。退房的时候，好像还有人因为服务台给错房间钥匙在闹事。如果再去，不会选择这家了

真的垃圾，服务态度很差，一楼房间潮湿，都是霉味，建议不要定这边，而完全没风景，没见过比这个照片更假的了。建议定灵山景区附近。而且既然客人已经提出了不满意，服务好的酒店早就免费换房间了。他们说房间价格不同不能换，那没办法，只能差评了！

酒店是老了点，好多设施用起来已不太顺手了浴缸放水居然还从洗浴池里倒灌出来，房间在很里面拿着重行李走了好久。亮点是床很舒服是最近几年睡过比较舒服的。室外泳池服务员说是开放的但看起来是好久没人下过水的样子

原本是一周的出行计划，突发情况酒店还是给延迟了一周，即使是下着暴雨也义无反顾的出发了，还好到了之后雨没有那么大了，酒店也很贴心的给了升级到五楼的房间，不过房间还是比较小，两张床必须拼起来才能再容下一张婴儿床了，另外阳台外还有三根烟头，打扫不是很干净，晚上和早上的自助品种都不算很多，龙虾自助也是必须早早去，好多菜很快就没了。其他方面比如服务还算不错的，宝宝睡午觉，也可以延迟退房。就是设施比较老了
