大夏天的37度，空调制冷模式不工作，打了五个前台电话，前后持续五十分钟才有客房服务人员过来，而且前台极度态度不好，竟然直接挂客人电话，客房人员过来说是空调要打到制热模式温度调到最低来实现制冷，第一次听说。早餐种类很少，人超级多，个人感觉酒店是面向旅游团，不怕生意不好，服务方面就不在意，一点都不像开元的酒店。

酒店靠近太湖湾，有时间可以骑个自行车慢慢逛逛太湖湾，去拈花湾或者灵山都很方便，早餐的品种有点少，餐厅卫生有待加强，酒店前台接待人员态度很好。建议酒店能够区分无烟房，之前住的有一间烟味很重。

连续去过几年，现在越来越差了。一楼房间里蚊子很多，早餐也不好，8.30去吃早餐，很多东西都没了，也不添加。前台和服务员的态度都很冷淡，还不如四星级酒店的水准！

地理环境非常优越，竺山湖小镇边上，对面就有荷花，风景好美！入住时，总台的孙树成先生服务热情，还帮我们免费升级。退房时，总台的李壹小姑娘非常热情周到，还赠送他们自己制作的饼！早餐也挺丰富的，地下室可以免费停车
