酒店整体环境简约大气，最喜欢的要属酒店的大堂酒廊了，很好看，不愧是香格里拉酒店。前台服务超级棒的，办理入住的过程中全程面带微笑，十分亲切。关键是前台的小姐姐免费给我升级了房间，比原来的大，很开心！客房也非常棒，房间内还有欢迎水果和欢迎小礼物，挺满意的！这次我们体验了酒店的西村日料，口感非常正宗，还不错，主要是过来住宿过周末的，很不错的酒店啦！

离恐龙园不远，五星级酒店是香格里拉酒店旗下的所以各方面你们就不必担心了。游泳池人不多环境还是不错的。关键是他家的席梦思很舒服

早餐丰富，有不少常州特色菜及小吃，好东西都吃不过来了。早上工作人员在大厅站立，向客人致意，很有礼节。有一位身着唐装的年长的服务员给大家指示餐厅位置，很人性化的服务。酒店在力所能及的情况下，尽量满足客人的要求。我是一个比较挑剔的人，仍耐心热心的尽力让我高兴。大堂富丽堂皇让欣怡。酒店管理团队有素养。
有些细节再注意些就更好了：面巾纸只是在卫生间有，房间里没有，小气了。
洗手池的活动水塞坏掉了，应及时换。
没有准备简易的手拎袋。
淋浴只有一个喷头，老气了。
