出来旅游一月有余，没遇到这么烂的（忍不住说脏话），开好房到房间发现抽水马桶能左右摇摆，卫生间异味重，便要求换房，被告知没房。总台通知工程部修，给果来人说：“这很正常，本就是如此的”，另一客房员工：“其他楼层比这差多了”，无语！。 说一下总体吧：宾馆与写字楼，公寓合为一体的，人员出入杂乱，楼里人家做饭还有油烟味，房间地板已变形，墙体粉面脱落，摆设陈旧！热水有，花潵固定不住，只能靠一只手拿着，澡都洗不好！墙上有一不见府府洞，本有小门掩盖也已掉下！明明有免费停车场，却还收停车费（交宾馆），268的房间还不如别家80的，服务也差，前台服务员居然不知道房间的面积，再次无语！太烂了（对不起，又说脏话）
