酒店位置很好，但服务较差，我们当时入住的房间空调不制冷睡觉把人热醒，所以我们要求换房，但服务员不给换还说让我们退房，最后经过交涉换了房间。

酒店位于春熙路太平洋百货旁，位置很好，因为是特价房无窗，客房的设施较陈旧但配置比较齐全，最大的不足就是好像没有宽带。
