碧桂园的硬件一向令人满意，可这服务真是太差强人意。服务员态度爱答不理，换了泳衣去游泳，前台竟没人知道泳池坏了，进去后说不能用，让我们去室外，来到室外大门紧闭，被告知室外的下午2点开始，你这么多服务员看见我们，怎么就没人提醒一下呢？害的我们一直在忙着换衣服！早上去吃早餐，主动问前台要多加一份早餐，前台竟然让我们转账给她私人。真的是有够混乱！这次体验感很差。问前台的问题都答不上，让她等会儿给我回电话，也就没了下文。不知道这酒店的服务员都在忙些啥！住过那么多五星级酒店，这次我真的感觉很差！

酒店位置很好找，前台美女服务超级好的，有什么问题都帮忙耐心解决，并且还给升级了房间，酒店装修是碧桂园一贯地豪华风格，湖景房非常棒，池州太美了有山有水，酒店下面还有个游泳池，可以免费游泳的，早饭很好，品种齐全
