小姐妹说了好久的温泉酒店，好不容易和姐妹孩子一起去，结果感觉真的不值两千多块，真的性价比不高。而且温泉水感觉脏脏的，温泉池也是水垢，哎，这样的价格配这样的设施，心里拔凉拔凉的。不会再去二次的。早餐也配不上五星酒店的头号，菜品少得可怜！总体性价比低得可怜！

住过好几个地方的悦榕庄，平心而论重庆的这个是最差的。先说硬件，整体房屋设施比较老旧，屋内的泡池水垢非常严重，温泉水是屋内循环恒温，这点还不错。屋内的灯操控非常不人性化，操控按钮过多，卫生间的夜里关不了，只能把总电源断掉。再说软件，这是我第一次住悦榕庄前台迎宾时竟然没有迎宾礼，连口水也没给倒，只是一味的推荐他们的晚餐自助和用车服务。另外没有晚间客房服务，没有夜床服务、没有其他悦榕庄都有的晚间点心，没有小礼物..最后退房时由于赶上集中退房，平均等待时长超过10分钟。真的感觉住了个假的悦榕庄。当然，如果把这里当成一个度假酒店整体感觉还是可以的、但是远没有到达悦榕庄这个品牌的平均水平，也不符合最低一晚3500的消费期待。

如果说纯度假，这里的环境很不错，歺饮也挺好，位置虽然较偏，但本来要的就是这份宁静，下次休假还会再来！
