2015年春来住过一次，今年春节又来。订的11楼亲子房，内外套间。结果晚上洗手间楼板下小雨。检查后给换个房。结果给的卡又打不开房间。来人打开后进房间，洗手盆的塞子是坏的，电视遥控器不好用！更可恶的是没热水！解释说是用水高峰期，没办法。五星级酒店用水还有峰期啊？这种服务确实不配五星！我在房间里给酒店留言，至今三四天了，酒店置若罔闻。

毕竟也是修了有几年了，总体性价比还是不错，建议浴室淋浴喷头更换一下，淋浴舒适性很差，还有就是智能马桶盖也可以增设。
