第二次入住了，重庆最好的酒店，酒店有地下停车场，自驾来停车方便。前台服务人员态度很好，还免费为我升级到高楼层！酒店对面的的火锅非常好吃，小面也不错👍，值得推荐。

糟糕的一次入住体验，房间设施尚可，服务糟糕的让人头疼！返程当天订了晚上的飞机，因而想在酒店做一个小时的延迟退房午休，到了前台先是遭拒绝，之后协商好不容易给了延迟到一点，还看了一顿脸色，结果12点之后先是前台打来催促退房，电话刚放下，客房服务员又来敲门，说明情况后服务员离开，刚想休息又换了一名客房服务员敲门催促退房，这样的服务从未遇过，绝无5星标准

房间太冷...半夜冻感冒了。前台办入住也不提示Wife收费，到了房间才知道，还要到前台添资料才免费，啰嗦。设施也不满意。
