屋内设施陈旧，有些没法正常使用。交通不便利，服务一般般。位置就在洱海边，出门就是码头，可以看日出，看海景。

客栈所占的位置还是不错的，能直面看到洱海，房间也蛮大的，虽然前面是个停车场，但晚上还是蛮安静的。唯一有遗憾的地方就是客栈后面的饭馆生意太好了，油烟味有飘过来。

最后400订的，房间非常宽敞，设施齐全可算高档，非常舒适。
不足点，房间太大，空调制热不能支撑全屋，海景由于是一层，窗口外经常有人经过，不太方便。
