这家的服务态度真心不错，我们清晨5点火车到达大理，经联系后免费把我们接到了酒店，而且还提前让我们入住房间休整，这一点人性化的服务很棒！房间内的设施也算是比较齐全的。

服务人员态度挺热情的，像我们这种出差有时候会出去玩，他们都会帮着介绍些比较近的好玩的地方，办手续速度很快，酒店环境也很安静。卫生都做得还不错。房间空间挺大的，整个酒店环境都不错，周围也都挺好的，出去玩都很方便的。
