很人性化的一家酒店，第一晚房间的空调不凉，因为旅途劳累懒得动换，就凑合睡了。早起热醒了，早饭后去前台反映，前台美女马上叫人去修理，于是带孩子去圣亚耍。回来直接回的房间，洗完澡前台美女致电表示歉意说，修空调的师傅缺少零件空调没修好，只有一个晚上于是我们决定再忍一宿。八点多幸福突然降临，免费给我俩升级豪华复式套房，前台美女一再表示抱歉，说领导听说后马上表示不能让客人再凑合，正好有一间豪华套房退房，还派来一位帅哥帮我们拿行李，于是我们就很幸运很幸福地换房啦。感激感激！若今后有机会再来大连，首选奥利加尔！
