酒店服务还是不错的，爬山也方便。桌餐味道也可以，早餐一般。酒店基本上没有娱乐休闲的设施，带小孩来只能待在房间。

早餐不错，酒店位置极佳，环境好，在凤凰山景区内，车不能开进来但山下有停车场，然后酒店派专车接送。带孩子一起过来的，大家住的非常开心。

空气清新，位置在山腰，离凤凰广场近，车不能进酒店，进了山门后，开一段，放酒店专门停车场，免费，酒店派车接人和行李。服务吗，分人，有的很好，有的不好，有待提高。
