住2间房付了4间房的款，我真心想好好说下这个问题，首先是携程你要是没有和酒店签预付协议就不要设置一个更改为预付订单的按钮，让客人在前台现付就好了，结果我预付给你们了，酒店又说没收到款，在前台又收了我一次钱，再者酒店既然收了我款你们就把之前预付的房费退回我不就好了，结果打了十几个电话都是你推我我推你的，要不没权限处理要不没结果的，这套说白了就是忽悠傻子的，最好到后面我们想不起来这个事情，这钱也就打水漂了，这就是你们所谓的服务！再说下酒店，你们前台现付预付都搞不清楚，还和携程合作啥啊？还非要等携程月底给你们付款了才给我退钱，订单上198/间前台收了218/间，携程那10%的佣金还要我来出不成？要是搞不清楚OTA还不如就自己卖得了，屁大点的事情搞那么复杂…
