到了酒店告诉我们说网上便宜的房间没有空调，只有400以上的房间才有。还是普通挂机，这么高档的酒店都没有中央空调，也没有电热毯，设备如此简陋，晚餐超级贵，一碗白粥18元。小包子28元4个，房间很冷，是住过相比较连锁酒店价格最高，设施最差的了！

入住两晚，体验极差。卫生间下水道的臭味弥漫整个房间，开窗也不行，况且窗外扩音喇叭震天响。打电话给前台要求换房，上来一工作人员闻了闻听了听表示是无法让人休息，说让我们等着待会前台会通知换房结果。我们忍着高反，闻着臭气默默等到晚上11:00无人来理睬我们的诉求，结果就这样睡了一晚第二天的身体状态极差。说是5楼房间是他们酒店最好设施的房间，唯一香格里拉镇上有空调设备的，我们用下来觉得空调功率不够房间根本打不暖的。出游二十天住了各种酒店，华美达是设施服务最差最令人无法忍受的酒店。

刚刚到酒店，大堂经理非常好，还帮我们升级了房间，真的非常热情，还帮我们订了旅游线路，真的非常贴心。还有房间里特有的神山的孩子书不错

硬件设施可以，但是卫生实在不敢恭维，卫生间的台盆油腻腻，热水放出来是淡黄色的，希望改进，毕竟华美达也算中高端酒店！
