最不开心的一次住宿，我12号订的亲自房 是不可退的 咱同程网上明明这到预留到凌晨五点 本来是参加13号嵩山国际马拉松的， 开车四个多小时 晚上12点到酒店工作人员说没房了 经过1个半小时的折腾 给我们开房间休息 早上六点多就起床了 跑步都快睡着了给同程打电话说已经安排你们住了就行了 又没有提啥要求 连点道歉的意思也没有， 我也无语了，你还能在这里订吗 一点保障都没有😭
