预订480的房间,到了给的是380的房间,因为是家人过去住的,他们不知道我给他们定的房间有多大,办完入住后,发现只有几平米.酒店反馈说只有这一个房间.入股没有同样的房型,为何要在网上挂单.

服务真心差，中午洗了冷水澡，Wi-Fi一直连不上，让孩子去前台问，说水放时间长一点，孩子离开前台，走之转弯，背后就传来“不想住，就走，”第一次出来旅行遇到如此恶劣的店家，
另外3楼房间卫生间入住时有头发，床单有霉味，房间不配矿泉水。
这个酒店我是看了网评过来，我也真心无语了
