如果是服务简直一颗星都不想给，负数行不行，前台服务员态度简直太恶劣，订了房直接说查不到订单，打电话问艺龙又说查到了，在前台等了一个多小时又说订单上面的房间没房了，总之就是折腾，最后还是艺龙客服解决的问题，总之以后再也不会过来住了，搞怕了。
