差评！！！星期一已经预定了八间房，其中一间定不了打电话过去以后解决了，但是！！！星期五晚入住竟然说没有房间！！最可笑的是酒店那边说我们不能在网上预订房间！不能在网上预订为何艺龙会有酒店预订信息？还说定那么多房为什么不打电话过来通知一下，每次团体出行订房间都没出现过问题唯独这一次真的很可笑，前台一个男的问了几句没解决问题就走开了极其不负责任，要不是为了考试真的不会入住，体验极差！！！

老牌三星酒店，设施怀旧，好处是环境优美，独处在西湖乐园内。餐厅吃饭的人少，出菜较慢，味道不错，就是收10%服务费不能理解，因为没啥服务！

酒店真的很多年了，附近有个大的停车场，但是酒店里面的设施真的觉得对不起这个价格，这是最无语的一次，房间的灯居然是一个旧旧的台灯（如图片）但是旁边有没有什么住的地方，
