不得不夸一下，首先东营整个市都很棒！这家蓝海尤其棒！前台接待，餐厅以及楼道里遇到的服务员，都会主动微笑地对客人问安，并且举止得体。这应该是五星级酒店标准的软性服务了。
然后就是早餐，也被惊艳到了。整整摆了三个椭圆形台！西式，中式，日式三种餐饮风格。注意到盛粥的地方总是有客人撒漏，服务员会不厌其烦地迅速擦干净，给人一种特别舒适和放心的感觉。
环境优美。酒店周围环境非常好，出门有静谧的步行道，走一个街口就是大公园。酒店里面环境设计理念也很棒，简洁不繁琐。有书吧，很难得的文化产业。
小缺点是房间内免费的苹果质量不够好，口感康水分不足。早餐有一种小咸菜里面有很多花生米的，花生米霉变数量较多。
总体非常棒！再接再厉！

硬件设施高档。停车，吃饭都很方便。客房服务人员态度很好。迎宾小姐也是尽职尽责。除了零点大厅服务员及点菜人员有失水准外，总之完美。(为了一包上桌客人留下的餐巾纸，来回两趟让我们付钱。影响非常不好。)
