酒店前台在山下，办好入住就需要爬山，我们定的豪华大床房在山顶的A栋，进出爬山非常锻炼身体。酒店内部环境非常好。客观讲，房间的装修是用心的，装饰画壁灯装饰镜和台灯，尤其是卫生间，龙头淋浴都是科勒品牌，墙面用的大理石，卫生间宽敞有档次。房间有准备电热毯和油汀，不会觉得冷。缺点也是山里酒店的通病，潮湿，有霉味，墙面有小面积墙皮脱落。卫生间坐便后部没有固定，坐不稳会撅起来……酒店位置真真幽深，过了泰安古镇，过了所有的农家乐，路走到头，你以为走过了，就到了。淡季到酒店，餐厅没有什么食材，蔬菜只有大白菜和莲白。我们点的水煮肉片竟然也用大白菜。店家有给打折！豪华大床房开窗看到的是水泵房，没有青城山的景色，有些败笔！酒店工作人员服务很好！

服务态度满分 我们一行人很晚才到 那天就剩我们没入住 酒店没有怨言 还把行李给拿到住处 酒店有自己的餐厅且厨师手艺很不错 饭菜用料很新鲜 酒店环境没的说 唯一不足就是有些潮 有地暖的房间应该会好一些

虽然有点远，地址并不好找，但是酒店的工作人员服务特别贴心，不厌其烦，酒店的环境也不错，能听到山涧的流水声，视野也是蛮开阔的，蛮适合度假

前台服务不错，客房服务就一般了。酒店环境不错，会再来。早餐一般，餐厅服务也不错。房间是酒店级别，早餐就是农家乐级别了。
