除了房间较小、设施陈旧、卫生状况不是很好外，其他都还算不错：位置比较好，离风桥虹桥都很近，服务很好；特别要夸赞一下早餐，早餐就餐环境好，米粉很好吃，还有鸡蛋、牛奶等，在这样的客栈实属不易。

位置还不错，但就是楼下刚好有间酒吧，每天要嘈到午夜才停止，厕所布局不合理，房间有点脏，特别是地板，但前台小妹的服务很好，简而言之，这个房间不值它的房费

淡季去比较划算，开了江边的房，房间有牙刷牙膏沐浴露洗发水，，晚上开空调加收20。店家态度不错

作位一个已经第四年去凤凰的怀化人。这个客栈还是挺不错，就在江边，房间不大，但是有阳台，还有彩灯，挺温馨的主题房，和图片一样奥。位置好找，就在虹桥下面，只是相对来说临江却不是太中心，天太冷夜景也没有什么看头。
客栈早餐，这是我特别满意的一点，早餐是在他家的临江咖啡厅，特别有情调，喝了牛奶吃了米粉，还煎了一个鸡蛋，早餐是自助的奥，给环境和口味大大的点个赞。
最后我想和游客朋友们说奥，去凤凰千万不要选在旺季，千！万！不！要！why？就拿这间房的房价来说，淡季140左右，旺季，整整翻五倍，呃，五倍，自己算算吧。没吓你，每家相对来说好的客栈都是五倍往上走。
当然，如果你不在钱的话旺季去也是可以的，人多热闹嘛，看人头也挺不错嘿嘿。

订的是江景房，江景还行，停车场收费50，离旅店出奇的远，拉着箱子，提着袋子，领着孩子，走的那叫一个狼狈，不方便啊。
