在网站订房8点到酒店交押金入住，开始这里人员比较杂乱也没太注意，到了8楼打开房门发现br1.环境和图片不符，给我房间空间狭小br2.房子比较吵，房间对着马路很吵，而且4楼是ktvbr然后回到大堂和大堂经理协商不肯退单退回房费，理由N多，经理提出换到9楼的房间让服务员带我们上楼去看房，上到楼后一直等待10分钟没服务员来引路看房，走廊通内传来棋牌房搓麻将声不断（9楼有部分棋牌房），所以又回到大堂和经理沟通，经理然后和服务员一堆乱扯，最终交涉无效一怒之下认了，选择不住了也不要房费了，退了押金走人。br最后总结，酒店环境吵杂空间狭小服务更是跟不上，各位入住网友慎重考虑

酒店挺好，我是冲着浴缸去的，浴缸也够大，环境也舒适，虽然在路边但是隔音还算好。总体来说不错
