设施和周边环境挺不错，但晚上11点以后打电话没有人接听，之前预定也多次无人接听电话，希望不要因为是旺季就影响服务品质，毕竟万豪的品牌在这里，顾客还是有一定的期望值的

环境还是可以的，服务仍需继续提高，下午五点入住，房间还没收拾好。提前半个月预定，提交担保金确定后，打电话到酒店要求房间相邻，双床，到店却一样都能落实，失望。
