跟朋友到福州旅游，在网上订了这家酒店，然后到酒店后，酒店前台居然跟我说你平台上订的有房，我们酒店已经没房了，然后在我再三要求查订单后，他才开始查找订单，查到有了后，又跟我说这个房楼下是夜总会，会很吵，分明是不想让我住，就这酒店的服务态度，差评，服务业做到这样太失败了

酒店又老又旧，只有一侧床头有充电器，这个老酒店可以理解，住的房间可能靠近马路，住在13楼都能听见楼下过车，按喇叭，最可气的是，我一共住了三天，25号中午发现网上不能预定，问酒店可否以前台价格续住，也说不行，那我入住那天为什么不告诉我呢？哪儿怕24号我续住的时候跟我说明天不能续住，我是不是可以早一点找位置住？当天我打电话，才告诉我不能续住，后来接电话的还是一个领导，说我没有提前做预定，24号你们这也订不了啊，他告诉我他们以前一个月就决定了25号不能住，那我入住的时候是否应该告知客户？我特么一个月之前会知道我要住你这？不提前告知就是服务不到位，12点多通知我不能续住，我还要收拾行李，还要找其他的酒店，酒店态度还理直气壮的，不需要提前通知，我头一次给酒店做评价，也头一次听说这样的酒店，实在是气死，再也不会住

房间大，陈旧，设施不好用，天冷温度上不来，卫生间冲淋房地漏堵，玻璃门密封条脱落，整体感觉很不舒服，穿着衣服睡的，总之不会再住了。
