4.6，比较一般的水平
优点：前台服务，酒店卫浴用品，整体整洁度不错，早餐比较丰盛。
缺点：
1.网络非常不稳定，经常跳ping卡网，刚进房间是还一度连不上
2.客房服务不行，晚上送个水果送1小时还没到，打电话问也不断和我说在等一下马上到了，非常敷衍，从没见过这样的
3.地下停车场没有电梯通大堂，广州这几天又下雨，只能停室外，不是很方便

在网上对比了半天选择了这家酒店，事实证明我的选择有多么正确。酒店环境很好，服一务非常热情，刚下车就有服务生过来帮忙拿行李，大堂办理入住时还贴心送上茶水毛巾，入住不用交纳押金。房间也不错，算是准五星标准了。个人觉得应该是番禺最好的酒店了吧，价格也很合理，下次来还是会选择这家酒店的

酒店设施齐备比较新，胜在服务，从进门接待到前台、管家、客房，各环节服务专业细致又个性化，餐厅除早餐外还有免费上午茶下午茶提供。尤其为小胡和小全两位管家的专业点赞，下次会再入住

下午的时候差不多晚上的时候到的，一下车看到整栋酒店的景象惊呆了，感觉就像是英国那边那种建筑，那种皇宫的感觉，超级气派，感觉好豪华啊！还以为是五星级酒店，一问酒店美女服务员梦云说不是挂星酒店，但是我觉得服务真的是值得上说是五星级服务的，很不错，每位员工都特别的热情有礼貌，一进酒店走到哪儿都有员工打招呼，这种氛围很棒??
