首先…空调…不行，最高温度，开了一夜整个房间还是冷的，而且房间窗户即使关紧了也是相当灌风的，还有半夜的时候热水没了，打电话给前台，前台还理直气壮地说就没热水了，请问所谓的24小时热水是不包括晚上的么？这大冬天的害我们冷得感冒了，真心不敢再住了。
