入住感受非常差。一进门就有难闻气味传出，空调的味道令人恶心。设施非常差，感觉回到上世纪八九十年代。虽然我自带洗发露沐浴露，但我不得不说店家提供的感觉十几年没用过的一样，黄黄的。我都有那种进入恐怖片中那种鬼屋一样。真的很有那种气氛。不说了，不建议。。。。你懂的

网上订的是商务大床房，但是到了之后发现给的是双床的，问前台是不是搞错了，会不会不是我在网上订的那个房，结果前台说不清楚，要我自己去问网上的服务人员，难道你们酒店的服务员和网上的不是一个酒店的人吗？地板脏，好多蚊子！！被咬了好多包！

在艺龙订了豪华商务间，去到酒店居然没有豪华商务间，给我们安排标准间，中间差价还不肯退还，空调一点用都没有，服务态度超差，就是看在离车站近才定的，谁知道这么糟糕，强烈建议不要到这家酒店。
